We're a small team in Charlotte, NC. Herald is designed to do the work a to-do list leaves you, so your store gets found and named by the assistants people now ask what to buy. We see AI as your newest referral source, and we plan to price Herald so cost doesn't keep smaller sellers out. We're building for the AI marketplace we believe is coming, and we want every kind of seller in it.

Agori comes from the agora, the open square and marketplace of a Greek city, where showing up won you the sale. Today that marketplace is the AI answer: the short list an assistant reads back when someone asks what to buy. We're building Herald to help your store show up in the new one.
We kept seeing the same thing: tools that scan your store, hand back a long list of everything that's wrong, and leave the actual work to you, the seller who's already doing three jobs. That's homework with a subscription, so we're building a tool that does the work.
Discovery went from the street corner to the search box, and now it's moving into the AI answer. Each time, the stores that show up early are the ones people remember. That's why we started now, at the beginning of this shift, to help sellers ride it. Handled well, AI can send you customers.
In the old agora, showing up where buyers were won the sale.
Ranking on page one won the click. Discovery moved to the search box.
Being named in the answer wins the buyer.
The people who build Herald are the people you'll reach. We've spent years working close to AI, search and selling online, but the reason we started is closer to home. Some of us have family running small businesses, and we hated the thought of them getting left behind as shopping moves to AI. So we're building the thing we wished they had.
We work with these AI tools up close, to understand how they decide who to name in an answer, and how to help that be you.
Every discovery shift so far has rewarded the stores that adapted early. We think this one will too.
Herald is designed so all you need to start is a store link. You won't hand over logins or need a plugin or developer. The corner shop should get in as easily as the household name.
One product we care about a lot, made by a company small enough to answer you personally.
These are the four principles we're building Herald around.
If we saw it happen, we'll call it Observed. If it's a projection, we'll call it Modeled. We won't blend the two, even when a blended number would sell better.
Herald is designed to publish your discovery layer and stay out of the transaction. Your customer relationship, data and sale stay yours.
We plan a free tier with real AI-ready pages for a small catalog, so you can watch Herald work on your own store before you pay anything.
We're building for where discovery is going: AI answers today, shopping agents next.
Herald is in early access. Tell us about your store and we'll be in touch.
